School Cleaning

AYS understand that the cleaning of a school is different from cleaning an office and our training and specifications allow for this. Our programmes offer intensive cleans that are unobtrusively carried out during the school holidays.

We are proud of our portfolio of schools that we currently clean. We have worked hard to develop our systems and we have established a reputable role in providing a high quality cleaning service.

AYS are on the recommended list of suppliers for numerous councils including Maidenhead and Windsor, Bracknell Forest and West Sussex Council.

AYS do not only offer daily cleaning services. We are able to provide a tailor made 'Total Service Package' depending on your building requirements. This could be anything from the supply of maintenance programmes for your hard floors and carpets, window cleaning, computer cleaning, hygiene equipment, graffiti removal, builders cleans, gardening, intensive cleans or janitorial supplies.

All operatives are thoroughly referenced C.R.B'd before commencement of the contract. The operatives will be uniformed and wear badges at all times whilst on site to enable you to quickly identify them.

We ensure we have a thorough understanding of their needs and place a great emphasis on establishing a close working relationship from the first initial meeting. As we predominately operate within 50 miles of our management base we are able to ensure an intensive and outstanding service for every client. This and our internal procedures support our reassurance of continuity of service by providing cover at the shortest notice in unforeseen circumstances
Our quality process is completed by meetings with our clients and AYS Managers. These meetings can be anything from weekly to monthly, depending on our customer's requirements to review our performance.  We consider customer feedback to be vital as it helps us to maintain the quality of service we are proud of.
