This commitment is fundamental to how we manage our business and we pride ourselves on continuously improving our operations in relation to Health & Safety, COSHH and Environmental issues.
A Health & Safety Policy Statement forms part of this process; our full Health & Safety Policy is available from our office upon request. To ensure that all legislation is followed, we employ the services of a Health & Safety Consultancy which continually assesses AYS' approach and endeavours towards all aspects of Health & Safety. All members of staff and sub-contractors are trained and instructed in the detail of our policy and working practices by Senior Management. Our Employee Handbook provides our staff with on-site support and a 24 hour help line is also available.
AYS have a comprehensive Health, Safety and Hygiene Policy and accept our responsibility to provide and maintain safe working conditions and a healthy environment, for both our employees and any other person affected by our activities. AYS accept their responsibility to provide information on hazardous substances and COSHH Data Sheets are held on every site, listing the products used, for the safety of AYS staff.
Electronic Risk Assessments and Method Statements are completed and are available for all associated tasks carried out by AYS staff.
